If you need to contact us regarding issues specifically related to the Web site -- such as server errors, broken links, or incorrect images -- please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. WCP will replace any defective item with the same item, within 60 days of purchase. Video tapes or DVDs still in the original shrink wrap can be returned for an even exchange. Saddles, shoes/cleats, and components must be returned in their original, unmounted condition; these items are not eligible for return after they have been mounted. Please try on shoes to ensure proper fit before mounting cleats. Non-defective apparel returned for exchange or credit must be in restockable condition with all bags and tags intact and returned within 30 days of purchase. Include a copy of the original packing slip with all returns. Insure your return shipment. WCP assumes no liability for lost or damaged return shipments. Some returns may be subject to restocking fees.
To return an item call WCP and obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER from your WCP customer service representative. Print the RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER on the package which you mail to WCP. This process ensures that your return is processed as quickly as possible. Returns of special orders may be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge. WCP is not liable for any catalogue price misprints.
NOTE: In the case of returning an item that is defective or incorrectly shipped, please indicate return shipping charge on or in the return package. WCP strives to supply our customers with the most current Pro Team Wear and as a result, WCP is not liable for return shipment costs of items on the basis that they appear differently from their presentation in the WCP catalog or web site. If WCP concludes that damage to a product or purchase has been caused because of mishandling or negligence, the product or purchase will not be eligible for return.
It's possible that you may desire something that is not on our web site or in our catalog. If this is the case, please call us! We are always glad to special order something for you, as long as we can get our hands on it ourselves. In some cases, the latest and greatest products that you see in various publications, such as Cycle Sport Magazine, have yet to be introduced into the United States marketplace.
