WCP does not accept C.O.D.'s for any reason. Please do not send cash, stamps or C.O.D.'s to WCP. - What is WCP's return policy?
WCP will replace any defective item with the same item, within 60 days of purchase. Video tapes still in the original shrink wrap can be returned for an even exchange. Non-defective apparel returned for exchange or credit must be in restockable condition with all bags and tags intact and returned within 30 days of purchase. Include a copy of the original packing slip with all returns. Insure your return shipment. WCP assumes no liability for lost or damaged return shipments. Some returns may be subject to restocking fees. - How do I return an item?
To return an item call WCP (1-800-359-3107) and obtain a RETURNAUTHORIZATION NUMBER from your WCP customer service representative.Print the RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER on the package which you mail toWCP. This process ensures that your return is processed as quickly as possible. Returns of special orders may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. NOTE:In the case of returning an item that is defective or incorrectly shipped, please indicate return shipping charge on or in the return package. Failure to do so will result in a flat $5 credit. WCP does not accept COD deliveries on return items.WCP strives to supply our customers with the most current Pro Team Wear and as a result, WCP is not liable for return shipment costs of items on the basis that they appear differently from their presentation in the WCP catalogue or web site. If WCP concludes that the damage to a product or purchase has been caused because of mishandling or negligence, the product or purchase will not be eligible for return. - What happens when an item is out-of-stock?
With much of WCP's business being split between our phone customer service and our web site, there will be times when an item becomes back-ordered or discontinued. When we discover you have ordered an item that is currently out of stock, back-ordered or discontinued, we will email you regarding the specifics of the out-of-stock item. We will communicate to you in the email when we will be receiving the product, if we will be receiving the product or if there is a replacement product. If you have not received an email about a back-ordered or discontinued product, please call us ASAP (1-800-359-3107) please have your order number ready. - How long does it take for my web site order to be processed?
Monday through Friday we process and import web orders twice daily, once at9am (CST) and once at 2pm (CST). After the web site orders are processed and imported, orders are then printed and distributed to our shipping department and products are sent out to the customer within 24hours. - How long does it take for my phone order to be processed?

WCP's web site stock and availability is updated several times daily duringMonday-Friday. The web site is not updated with current stock and availability on weekends. We do everything we can to make sure WCP's web site is current with stock and availability, but there are times when the web site is not current. If you order a product off the website and it is back-ordered or discontinued, you will receive and e-mail informing you of the product and order's status. This email will contain information regarding the time it will take for an item to be released back into stock or possibly a replacement item. If you do not receive an email after ordering, please call us ASAP with your order number: 1-800-359-3107 or 651-644-5200. - What if WCP misprints a price on the web or in the catalogue? Can I get the item for the incorrect price?
